What you get

A Personalized Digital Gift is a digital experience that opens in a web browser — it is not a physical product. You choose one of our templates and share your details, answers and files. Our team then personally builds your gift with that template (nothing is written or generated by AI) and emails you, within 24–48 hours of a successful payment:

• a private link to the gift, which works on phones and computers;
• an HD vertical video (MP4) of the gift to download and keep;
• a download of your photos, and an easy way to share the link on WhatsApp.

The template demos on our site use fictional names and stock photos. Your gift uses your own words and photos, so its length and exact look depend on what you share.

Price & payment

The price is ₹299 per gift, paid in advance. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card, UPI or bank details. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Your order is confirmed only after we have verified the payment with Razorpay.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, videos, audio and words you upload — including permission from people who appear in them — and that they are not unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. We may decline an order containing inappropriate content and refund you in full. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to use it only to create, host and deliver your gift.

Access & hosting

Your gift stays online for one year from when it is first published for you; the exact date is in your delivery email. The video and photos are yours to download and keep. The link is private and hidden from search engines, but anyone who has it can open it — please share it only with people you trust.

Changes & corrections

If something in your gift doesn't match what you sent us — a name, a date, a photo — tell us and we'll fix it. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for cancellations and refunds.
