Privacy Policy

DMPlease creates personalized digital gifts from the memories you share with us. Your photos and words are personal, and we treat them that way.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number — to confirm your order, deliver your gift and help if something goes wrong.
• The recipient's name, your answers, photos, videos and voice notes — only to create your gift.
• Payment status and Razorpay payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Which ad or link brought you to us (campaign parameters such as utm_source), saved with your order.
• Usage analytics on our marketing pages — see “Analytics & ads” below.

How we use it

Only to create, deliver and support your gift, and to understand which of our pages and ads work. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your photos or story for marketing without your explicit permission. Your content is never sent to AI services.

Where it's stored & who helps us

• Your files (photos, videos, voice notes) and finished gift: private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), reachable only through short-lived secure links.
• Order details: a private order record (Google Sheets) that only our team can open.
• Payments: Razorpay. Order and delivery emails: Resend. Website hosting: Vercel.

Analytics & ads

On our marketing pages we may use privacy-friendly analytics and, when we run ads, the Meta Pixel to measure visits and purchases. These tools never receive your photos, answers, names or messages. Gift pages and our internal pages do not load the ad pixel.

Your gift link

Your gift is available at a private, hard-to-guess link that is hidden from search engines. Anyone you share the link with can open it. Gifts stay online for one year.

How long we keep it & deleting your data

We keep your files at least while your gift is online, and order records for our accounts. Want your files or gift removed — sooner or later? Email info@dmplease.com from the address you ordered with and we'll delete them.
